At D Naturals, we are committed to delivering high-quality natural products with care. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and transparent return and refund process to ensure a smooth experience.
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, leaking, or if you have received an incorrect item. The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with the seal intact. Any return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products, items without original packaging, and products purchased during clearance or special sale are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or incorrect.
To initiate a return, please email us at dnaturalsno1@gmail.com with your Order ID, product name, and clear photos or videos showing the issue. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and share further instructions if the return is approved.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or as store credit.
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will arrange to ship the replacement product at no additional cost, subject to product availability.
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, the return shipping cost will be borne by D Naturals. For other approved cases, applicable shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
